• To Employer Agents and to your employer and to the Program Administrator.
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business or to fulfill your order under a Program, except that we will only share whatever personal information is necessary in order to fulfill your order. For example, we will share your name, address birthdate, and passport information with a travel agent who books tickets for a trip or event you have selected under a Program, but only your name and address with a shipping company we utilize  
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Schaffer Partner Inc.'s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Schaffer Partners, Inc. about our Website users is among the assets transferred.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. In addition, Schaffer Partners Inc. is not responsible for the information collection, use and disclosure practices (including the data security practices) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft or any other app developer or provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
